Useful Websites to help you with the Tasks
A. Sport involves precise and complex movement patters by various joints in our bodies. These movements are difficult to describe, so in PE we have specific terminology to describe various movement patterns on the following link. Learn the terminology used.
B.

The various joints in our body are structured differently depending on the movement they allow. Read the following link to find out the name, structure, and movements that occur at the six different types of synovial (freely moving) joints we have in our body.

C. Research the nine joints listed in the table at the bottom of this link. For each joint find out its type and the movement it allows, then place this information in the table format shown here.(please click here for the table format).
