This site deals with a wide range of revision materials and also allows you to test yourself. Subjects included are:

It also gives details of the Bitesize Chemistry programmes to be shown on BBC2.

Care should be taken when exploring the links as a number contain material which is beyond that needed for GCSE. You may like to look at these out of interest, of course, or in preparation for courses you intend to take after GCSE.

This is a developing site which covers a number of topics on Basic Level Chemistry which are very suitable for GCSE. A number of topics contain extensive revision notes, some of which are animated where appropriate to aid understanding. There are also some opportunities to test yourself on the topics.
